Arc reserves the right to change registration fees and pricing at any time. However, any changes in pricing will not affect individuals who have already registered and paid; they will not be required to pay any additional costs if the prices increase. We encourage attendees to download our Pricing Guide to view the most up-to-date pricing information.

The Expo pass is complimentary for all qualified education professionals, non-profit and government organizations. Qualification will be verified during the registration process for some individuals, while others may be placed in a temporary pending status as we review their eligibility. For individuals who do not qualify as education professionals, the following fees will apply:

• $409 if registered between now and January 10, 2026
• $499 if registered after January 10, 2026

Credit card payments are processed upon receipt. ANY PAYMENT CHANGES will result in an administrative fee.

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing by Nov. 21, 2025, will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150 for an All-Access, Session+, Session, Expo (only applies to paid Expo), or Daily Pass. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. Please email any requests for refunds or substitutions to conferences@arc-network.com.

Arc reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, Arc’s liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. Arc reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

Arc Conference Staff is available to accommodate persons with special needs. Please register at least 4 weeks prior to the conference and email conferences@arc-network.com with your accommodation request.

If you have registered for the conference and supplied an email address, you may receive transactional emails pertaining to your registration and promotional conference-related emails. You can opt-out of receiving our emails by using the opt-out link located within a received email message. It may take up to 5 business days to process your email opt-out request.

Attendees are permitted to use smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images at the Future of Education Technology Conference and within the Expo Hall for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Registrants may take photos from their seats, as long as they are not standing in the media area, obstructing views or using flash after the session begins. Photographs may not be sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.

Although FETC records, streams and photographs various sessions, the programming is presented primarily for the benefit of the attending audience. While we have a "no live streaming and recording" policy, we understand the desire to take photos and capture video on phones to share on social networks. However, to protect the rights of speakers, as well as the conference, please note you are NOT allowed to live stream and also agree to record no more than 45 continuous seconds of any single session.

By attending FETC, you consent to having your image captured by official show photographers and videographers. The resulting materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings, may be used by FETC, without restriction, in news materials, promotional materials, on the website and other properties.
