How it Works
Here’s how the updated DA Top EdTech Products awards program works:
Education technology solution providers can submit proposals via the link below.
Companies are divided into two categories: Startup and Midsize/Large. Startups are companies that have existed for two years or less with revenue under $1 million and a working website. Midsize companies earn up to $50 million in annual revenue and Large is over $50 million.
District Administration will choose 30-40 finalists for an initial round of demonstrations. After this screening, 20 edtech solutions will be named “Top EdTech Products of the Year”
Finalists will be notified on or about Nov. 1, 2025. Only providers selected to continue in the process will receive notification. Finalists must then submit a 5-minute video focused on product demonstration.
The 20 edtech solutions named “Top EdTech Products of the Year” will be featured on the District Administration website and recognized exclusively at the Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC) 2026.
Winners will also receive a Top EdTech Product digital logo for use in electronic communication, press materials, and presented with a finalist/winner’s banner to display at FETC 2026 and all other shows and conferences throughout the year.
Entry Fee
Early Bird Pricing ends on June 30, 2025. All fees are due at submission and are non-refundable. The submission deadline is October 4, 2025, at 11:59pm EST. Notifications will be sent on or around November 1, 2025.
