Pricing Policy
Arc reserves the right to change registration fees and pricing at any time. However, any changes in pricing will not affect individuals who have already registered and paid; they will not be required to pay any additional costs if the prices increase.
The Expo pass is complimentary for all qualified education professionals, non-profit and government organizations. Qualification will be verified during the registration process for some individuals, while others may be placed in a temporary pending status as we review their eligibility.
Cancellation, Substitutions, and Refunds
All FETC registrations are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, so if you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague within the same organization at no cost. FETC reserves the right to adjust the event program as needed. In the unlikely event of a full event cancellation, any paid registration fees will be refunded. Unpaid cancellations will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded.
