Pricing Policy

Arc reserves the right to change registration fees and pricing at any time. However, any changes in pricing will not affect individuals who have already registered and paid; they will not be required to pay any additional costs if the prices increase.

The Expo pass is complimentary for all qualified education professionals, non-profit and government organizations. Qualification will be verified during the registration process for some individuals, while others may be placed in a temporary pending status as we review their eligibility.

Credit Card Processing Policy

Credit card payments are processed upon receipt. ANY PAYMENT CHANGES will result in an administrative fee.

Cancellation, Substitutions, and Refunds

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150 for an All-Access, Session+, Session, Expo (only applies to paid Expo), or Daily Pass. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. Please email any requests for refunds or substitutions to conferences@arc-network.com.

Arc reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, Arc’s liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. Arc reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
