Mr. Vincent Zhang

Dr. Michael Nagler is Superintendent of Mineola Public Schools, a NYC suburb. A former social studies teacher with a doctorate from Columbia University, he joined Mineola in 1999 and has spent 25 years leveraging technology to enhance learning; all five district schools are Apple Distinguished Schools. He was named 2020 New York State Superintendent of the Year and earned the 2024 CoSN/AASA EmpowerED Superintendent of the Year award. His book, The Design Thinking, Entrepreneurial, Visionary Planning Leader: A Practical Guide for Thriving in Ambiguity, offers strategies for navigating complex educational environments. Dr. Nicolas Wade is Superintendent of Columbia Union School District, where he leads equity-focused initiatives to advance student achievement. He has taught graduate courses in finance and ethics, consulted on programming and AI integration, presented nationally on blended learning, and served on state task forces addressing data governance and AI policy. Vincent Zhang (Moderator) is a three-time EdTech founder with an MBA from Harvard Business School. As Co-Founder and CEO of Thinkverse, he develops an AI math tutor for K–12 students. With 14 years in education, he co-founded Canada’s largest college tutoring service and scaled a virtual language-learning startup across ten countries, championing personalized learning through technology.
