Mrs. Trish Everett

After teaching Psychology and Political Science at multiple levels for about 20 years, Trish Everett proudly considers herself a "professional nerd." She loves getting to know her students as humans, and watching them form their own opinions. Her work as a Madison Fellow (FL''12), plus a Constitutional Fellow for the National Constitution Center, a Teacher Ambassador for Retro Report, and a member of the National Advisory Council for the Center for Civic Education is immensely satisfying, and frequently gives her opportunities to collaborate with brilliant educators. She enjoys traveling and attending professional development, and was named a 2021 Teacher of the Year by the American Lawyers Alliance. She lives in Florida with her very patient husband.
