Mr. Travis Warner

Travis Warner is an innovative mathematics educator dedicated to helping students build confidence, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills. Currently a Mathematics Teacher at Optima Academy Online, Travis integrates technology and interactive learning strategies to make math engaging and accessible for all learners. Prior to joining Optima, he spent four years as a Middle School Math Teacher with the Diocese of Orlando, where he fostered a supportive classroom culture and improved student achievement through data-driven instruction. Before transitioning to education, Travis built a strong analytical foundation through public service roles as a Crime Analyst with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and an Investigator Specialist with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. His investigative background sharpened his ability to identify patterns, interpret data, and communicate complex ideas clearly—skills he now channels into developing the next generation of problem solvers in mathematics.
