Mr. Tom Driscoll

Tom Driscoll is CEO of EdTechTeacher, where he partners with school and district leaders to build sustainable approaches to educational technology that support teachers and improve learning outcomes. Tom understands the complexities of leading technology initiatives from experience. As Digital Learning Director for Bristol Warren Regional School District, he successfully led their Future Ready Educational Technology Initiative and district-wide 1:1 device implementation—always keeping the focus on what helps educators and students thrive. As a Google Certified Trainer, Tom has partnered with hundreds of districts and thousands of teachers over the past 15 years, supporting schools in creating practical, scalable approaches to technology integration. His graduate research at Columbia explored what actually works when implementing blended learning at scale. Tom shares insights through publications including Edutopia, EdSurge, and The New York Times. His book, Becoming Active Citizens (Solution Tree Press, 2022), reflects his commitment to preparing students for meaningful civic engagement in an evolving world.
