Mr. Richard Quinones

Richard has over 20 years of IT leadership experience, including serving as Los Angeles County’s first chief education technology officer and as a senior IT advisor to the National Advisory Council on Education Technology. He helped deliver IT services to over 1.7 million students across 80 school districts and now serves as Senior Vice President at iboss, a leading cybersecurity firm. Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Business/Public Administration from the University of La Verne.
