Rich Bykowski

Rich Bykowski is the Director of Technology Services for Abington Public Schools in Massachusetts, where he leads the district’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and support services. With a strong focus on cybersecurity, data privacy, and operational efficiency, Rich works to ensure that technology systems effectively support teaching, learning, and administrative functions. Rich serves as Treasurer on the board of METAA (Massachusetts Educational Technology Administrators Association), the state affiliate of CoSN, where he collaborates with fellow leaders to advance secure and equitable technology practices in K–12 education. A frequent presenter at regional conferences, Rich shares expertise on IT infrastructure, cybersecurity planning, and scalable technology solutions for schools.
