Ms. Melissa Vrable

Melissa Vrable is the Curriculum Director for Bangor Township Schools in Bay City, Michigan, overseeing PK–12 curriculum, instructional alignment, district-level MICIP (Michigan Continuous Improvement Process), professional learning, and state and federal grants. She is passionate about building collaborative systems, including MTSS, through PLCs, and facilitating Visible Learning practices to strengthen teaching and learning for all students. She co-leads the district’s AI Integration Initiative, designing professional development and supporting teachers in integrating AI tools to enhance instruction. Prior to this role, Melissa taught for eleven years and was an elementary principal for six years.
