Hi there! I'm Meaghan Stevens, thrilled to be the Librarian and Instructional Facilitator of Technology at Banneker. With 18 years in education, I've taught fifth grade at Lovettsville Elementary, served as a Library Media Specialist at Rock Ridge High School, and taught fourth grade at Rosa Lee Carter. A proud Loudoun County Public Schools alum, I earned degrees from Longwood University in Elementary Education and Library Science. Outside of school, I'm an avid reader, always immersed in a book or two. I enjoy family movie nights and playing with my two boys. My goal is to make learning an exciting experience, leaving students with both knowledge and enthusiasm.
