Prof. Matt Dombrowski

Matt Dombrowski is a Full Professor, creative director, and nationally recognized creative leader with over 18 years of experience at the intersection of design, education, and technology. As Assistant Director of the School of Visual Arts and Design at the University of Central Florida—one of the country's largest and most diverse universities—he helps guide forward-thinking curriculum and cross-disciplinary innovation. As Creative Director of Limbitless Solutions, a nonprofit that designs expressive 3D-printed bionic arms for children, Matt has mentored over 600 interns across disciplines including art, engineering, healthcare, and game development. His visionary leadership has transformed how students learn through real-world, purpose-driven projects that blend empathy with emerging technology. Adobe and Forbes named Matt a 2023 “Creator to Watch”. He has earned national recognition for advancing accessibility, creativity, and human-centered design.
