Dr. Kip Glazer is the Principal of Mountain View High School in Silicon Valley. Since earning her doctorate in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University in 2015, she has collaborated with learning science researchers to integrate high-quality research into practice. She has consulted on several National Science Foundation-funded projects and continues this work today. Considered an expert in AI in the K-12 space, she has written numerous articles for publications such as EdWeek and EdSurge. She is a CSTA Impact Fellow and a Google Innovator, currently serving on the EngageAI Practitioner Advisory Board, the ASU+GSV AI Show Council, and the Common Sense Media Advisory Board. She has also served as a reviewer for conferences, including ISTE. As a seasoned tech trainer, presenter, and keynote speaker, she has presented at numerous conferences including CSTA, ASU+GSV Summit, CITE, ISTE, CoSN, and CUE. She has received numerous awards and accolades, including County Teacher of the Year and recognition as one of District Administration's Top 100 Education Influencers. She believes in the importance of leadership and is passionate about supporting fellow school leaders and principals with her AI expertise. She is excited to be a featured speaker at FETC, where she will share her knowledge and perspectives on AI to support fellow school leaders.
