Dr. Kip Glazer

Kip Glazer, Ed.D., is an award-winning educator and nationally recognized school leader with several decades of experience in learning science, educational technology, and now AI in schools. A former classroom teacher, district-level technology coach, and current principal of Mountain View High School in the heart of Silicon Valley, she brings many decades of experience in innovative teaching strategies, leading educational initiatives, and effective technology implementation. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, conference presenter, and professional learning facilitator. In 2023, she participated in the launch webinar for the Biden White House’s seminal document, “Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Teaching and Learning.” She also spoke at the Washington Post Live’s Global Women’s Summit in November 2025. She has served as a practitioner advisor for several National Science Foundation-funded projects to bring high-quality research findings into schools.
