Mr. Keith McCray

He is currently an Instructional Technology Specialist with The Waynesboro Area School District. Prior to taking on this role he was a 5th grade STEM teacher at Eastern Elementary for Washington County Public Schools (WCPS). He had been in the classroom for 10 years, charged with 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classrooms during my tenure. I graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice with a Minor in Sociology in 2002. Later he would attend Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA to obtain his Elementary Education Certification. He earned a Master of Science in Education with a dual focus on Mathematics and Reading from Walden University 2014. He has also earned a second master's from Walden University in Educational Leadership in 2017. He earned a third master’s from Wilson College in Educational Technology in 2024. He was recognized as a 2022 Keystone Technology Innovator Star and has had work on AI published in the PASCD PEL Journal, a peer reviewed journal.
