Dr. Keith Hartbauer

Dr. Hartbauer has served 36 years in public education as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, high school principal, and school superintendent. Dr. Hartbauer is a dynamic, mission-driven educational leader committed to student-centered learning and systemwide success. He brings a strong focus on academic excellence, social-emotional well-being, and future readiness, while fostering inclusive, innovative, and collaborative school cultures. With proven expertise in strategic planning, community engagement, and curriculum/technology innovation, Dr. Hartbauer is dedicated to ensuring all learners thrive. His former district was recognized Nationally as a "District to Watch" by AASA and a School of Excellence by Imagine Learning. He is currently the Founder of Educational Leadership Strategies, LLC an organization that fosters strong relationships between educational partners and school districts.
