Justin Hume is the CTO and co-founder of Proserva, where he builds software that makes teaching less painful and educator pathways less absurd. A former classroom teacher, Justin got tired of watching great educators jump through bureaucratic hoops just to do their jobs—so he started building better ones. Today, Justin leads Proserva’s product and engineering teams, working at the intersection of educator licensure, professional learning, and AI-powered coaching. His work supports districts, higher-ed partners, and state agencies across the U.S. and Canada as they rethink how educators are recruited, prepared, supported, and retained.
