Believing deeply that education shapes the future, Julian co-founded and now serves as the Executive Director of The Cxmmunity Foundation—a tech-driven workforce development organization that uses the cultural power of video games, music and media to teach in-demand, transferable technical skills. Under his leadership, The Cxmmunity Foundation has donated more than $2 million and empowered over 3,500 students nationwide.
