Jill Badalamenti

Blended Learning Coach - Maplewood-Richmond Heights School District Jill brings 21 years of experience in education and instructional leadership in urban and suburban Missouri and rural Illinois. Currently, she is the Blended Learning Coach for Maplewood Richmond Heights School District, where she is leading the changeover from Chromebooks to iPads across K-8th grade. She is in charge of all Instructional technology training across the District. She previously led Carlinville’s district-wide instructional technology program, where she developed and launched the Technology Leadership Academy (TLA), a scalable and high-impact professional development model rooted in the Technology Integration Matrix. Jill specializes in designing tech-forward learning experiences that align with diverse instructional needs and believes in empowering teachers as the drivers of innovation. Her work centers on equity, sustainability, and creativity in edtech implementation.
