Ms. Jacqueline Gardy

Jacqueline Gardy is a learning strategist, instructional designer, and content creator dedicated to expanding access to engaging, technology-enhanced learning experiences. With expertise in global education, virtual exchange, and professional development, she has led multinational collaboration initiatives that foster innovative teaching approaches across diverse learning communities. Most recently, she served as Virtual Exchange Specialist and Content Development Editor at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, managing worldwide virtual programs and overseeing the creation and global distribution of educational resources for language learners and teachers. Her career spans instructional design, training facilitation, content development, and digital learning innovation, including her work as a former English Language Fellow in Serbia and a K-12 ESOL educator. She has held leadership roles with ISTE on the board of ISTE Online and Blended Learning Network, the M-Education Alliance, WATESOL, SXSWedu, and K12Leaders, shaping conversations on learning design, EdTech, and human-centered education. Jacqueline’s expertise lies in design thinking, curriculum strategy, visual communication, and creative leadership, guiding educators, organizations, and learners toward transformative educational experiences.
