Dr. Hosni Zaouali

Hosni (Hoss) Zaouali is an AI strategist, and educator specializing in the impact of artificial intelligence on learning and cognition. A course facilitator at Stanford University, he works with executive leaders from over 50 countries on AI, strategy, and systems transformation. His work increasingly focuses on how everyday use of AI tools affects students’ brains, including attention, memory, critical thinking, and cognitive autonomy. As founder of Voilà Learning and ConnectED Labs, Hoss designs AI-enabled learning environments used at scale across Canada and internationally, with a strong emphasis on augmenting—rather than replacing—human intelligence. Drawing on neuroscience, education research, and lived experience, he challenges educators to rethink what kind of minds we are shaping in the age of AI. His organization signed multi-million dollars contracts to train tens of thousands of teachers in Canada and Europe.
