Dominique Razgha

Dominique Razgha is an Instructional Math Coach and Department Chair at Milwee Middle School in Seminole County, Florida. She has 9 years of experience as a certified middle grades educator with a strong background in curriculum design, data-driven instruction, and teacher mentorship. She is a Certified University of Florida Instructional Coaching Academy Grad and a Clinical Educator. Dominique is one of the Top 12 Teachers of the Year for Seminole County Public School for 2025. She is the Leader of the New Educator Support Team at Milwee Middle School, running weekly professional development meetings to assist in decreasing teacher turnover. She has presented at SPCS at the "B.E.S.T. Summer Ever" Conference in 2023 and 2024 and to all SCPS Middle School Math Departments about creating equitable, engaging math experiences aligned to Florida B.E.S.T. and IB MYP standards. Dominique has worked in assessment writing and curriculum design for SCPS. She holds a B.S. In Business Administration from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
