Cody Martzluf

Cody Martzluf currently serves as the Associate Superintendent for Illini Bluffs School District #327. He began his career in educational technology at Illini Bluffs in 2002 and went on to serve in various technology leadership roles across four other school districts before returning to District #327 in 2014. Mr. Martzluf has led the district’s efforts to modernize and expand its technology infrastructure, including the successful implementation of a 1:1 device program for students. Under his leadership, the district has made significant strides in closing the digital divide, increasing access to digital resources, and integrating technology into classroom instruction. He has also overseen improvements in network security, connectivity, and instructional technology support. Beyond instructional technology, Mr. Martzluf has played a key role in streamlining district communication systems and advancing school safety initiatives. Mr. Martzluf is an active member of the Illinois Digital Educators Alliance, Illinois Technology Leaders, the Illinois Association of School Business Officials, and the Association of School Business Officials International. He has presented on topics related to technology integration, school safety, and operational leadership at both regional and national conferences.
