Dr. Chantell Manahan

Dr. Chantell Manahan is a passionate K12 EdTech leader, speaker, and connector on a mission to amplify the voices of those who empower teaching and learning through technology. As Director of Technology for MSD of Steuben County Schools in Angola, Indiana, she leads with heart and strategy, bridging technical operations, instructional innovation, and strategic vision. Chantell serves as Chair of the Indiana CTO Council and Treasurer of the CoSN Board of Directors, where she champions data interoperability, cybersecurity, AI literacy, and inclusive leadership development. A former classroom teacher, Chantell brings the perspective of someone who’s lived both sides of the technology conversation. She’s known for leading with empathy, mentoring future tech leaders, and building cultures where people feel seen and supported. Whether hosting interactive workshops, writing thought-provoking blog posts, or emceeing state conferences, Chantell infuses her work with purpose, humor, and humanity.
