Ms. Caitlyn Dixon

Caitlyn is the Director of STEM and Educational Technology at The Out-of-Door Academy in Sarasota, Florida. With over a decade of experience in K–12 education, she brings a systems-level approach to instructional leadership rooted in equity, inquiry, and innovation. Caitlyn is passionate about empowering students through socio-scientific thinking, purposeful technology integration, and real-world problem solving. Her work centers on creating inclusive learning environments where all students can engage deeply, think critically, and contribute meaningfully to their communities and the world.
