Mr. Brian Sepe

Brian Sepe is a passionate Instructional and Leadership Coach in the Orchard Park Central School District with over 20 years of educational experience. He is driven by exploring the habits, beliefs, and ideas of people who teach, grounded in the conviction that everyone deserves a thought-partner and trusted coach. As a certified Leadership Coach, Brian has worked closely with Jim Knight and the Instructional Coaching Group, as well as Growth Coaching International. He leads cohorts of instructional coaches and leaders, presents at national and regional events alongside Jim Knight, and co-hosts the Coaching Conversations Podcast with Jim Knight. Beyond his coaching work, Brian serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Canisius University Teacher Residency Program, contributes as an author for Choice Literacy, and works as an Educational Consultant. His days are spent in classrooms, supporting and empowering educators and leaders to find their voice and pursue meaningful goals that impact student learning.
