Brian Sepe

Brian Sepe is a passionate Instructional and Leadership Coach in the Orchard Park Central School District with over 20 years of educational experience. He is passionate about exploring the habits, beliefs, and ideas of people who teach and is driven by the idea that everyone deserves a thought-partner and trusted coach. Brian is a certified Leadership Coach and has worked closely with Jim Knight and the Instructional Coaching Group and Growth Coaching International- leading cohorts of instructional coaches and leaders, presenting at national and regional events with Jim Knight and co-hosting the Coaching Conversations Podcast with Jim Knight. In addition to his work in leadership, Brian also has several other roles, including Adjunct for the Canisius University Teacher Residency Program, author and contributor for Choice Literacy, and Educational Consultant. During the day, Brian can be found in classrooms supporting and empowering educators and leaders to find their voice and pursue their goals for their own learning and impact on students.
