Ms. Ayana Klein

Ayana Klein is a rising leader in STEM education and youth empowerment with a unique journey that began as the teen co-founder of an award-winning educational startup. Through building 3DuxDesign, she gained early experience in entrepreneurship, product development, and the impact of hands-on, creative learning. Ayana has since expanded on that foundation through leadership roles at BuildOn and Jumpstart, where she now supports both students and future educators. Her work focuses on designing and facilitating community-centered STEM programs that blend engineering, sustainability, and equity.
