Aurora Dreger

Aurora currently serves as the Project Director for the Educating All Learners Alliance (EALA), where she leads initiatives to center and empower students with disabilities and learning differences. Before stepping into her current role, Aurora was the Project Associate & Networks Lead at InnovateEDU, working within the Sector Capacity Building Portfolio. She also oversaw the DYCD/COMPASS enrichment program at InnovateEDU and brought a decade of experience as a classroom teacher in both DOE and Charter school settings across NYC.
