Mrs. Amber Hinkel

Amber Hinkel serves as a Digital Innovation Specialist for Collier County Public Schools in Naples, Florida, where she champions the integration of technology to elevate teaching and learning. With a Master of Science in Instructional Technology, Amber is committed to transforming classrooms through purposeful use of digital tools and innovative practices. She is a nationally recognized leader in educational technology, holding multiple certifications including ISTE Certified Educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator, Adobe Certified Educator, and Canvas Certified Administrator. Amber also serves on the board of the Florida Council of Instructional Technology Leaders. Amber’s work centers on empowering educators through professional development, scaling district-wide digital initiatives, and promoting equitable access to engaging, tech-enhanced learning experiences. Outside of her professional role, she finds joy in travel and reading—drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and stories around the world.
