Allison Johnson is the assistant program administrator for OSEEL’s Transition Education Unit. Originally from Scott County, she spent her early career in special education in Massachusetts before returning to Kentucky as a special education teacher in 2014. In 2020, Dr. Johnson joined the OSEEL as an Exceptional Children Consultant.
Dr. Johnson holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Cambridge College (Boston, Massachusetts) and a Master of Education in Moderate Disabilities from Lesley University (Cambridge, Massachusetts). In 2023, she earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Policy, Evaluation, and Measurement from the University of Kentucky.
