Future of Education Technology® Conference and the official housing provider—Connections Housing—offer the lowest room rates and guarantee your room during FETC 2026. A limited block of rooms is being held until the block is sold out. After the deadline, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. If you reserve more than 10 rooms, you will be required to sign a contract. Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations.
ADA Accessibility: If you require an ADA accessible room, we strongly encourage you to place your hotel reservations early and communicate your needs to Connections Housing by calling 702-675-6576 or emailing fetc@connectionshousing.com.
A Note on Housing: Beware of Solicitations from Unauthorized Vendors
Please beware of hotel booking companies who contact exhibitors and attendees claiming to be either a preferred supplier or, in some cases, working for our event, demand up-front payment, charge substantial penalties for changes and cancellation and may not even make a reservation with the unapproved hotel. You should always read the small print.
Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for FETC®. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates or may imply or claim an affiliation with FETC®. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and were unable to recuperate the money they spent on rooms that did not exist. If you are contacted by any company that is NOT Connections Housing, please notify FETC® Housing Management at FETC@ConnectionsHousing.com before providing any information to a secondary housing vendor.
Driving Directions to Orange County Convention Center
Numerous roads, including State Road 528 (Beachline) and Interstate 4 (I-4), surround the OCCC, providing guests convenient and direct routes to the Center.
The OCCC operates a number of LED message signs along International Drive, State Road 528, Universal and Westwood Boulevards and Convention Way. Programmed daily, the signs direct attendees to the closest available event parking.

Parking at the Orange County Convention Center
Please note: FETC 2026 will be in the West Building
For attendees who plan on driving, the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) operates on-site vehicle parking at the West Building. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.
Parking rates vary depending on vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.
Overnight parking is not allowed at the OCCC.

Connectivity to the OCCC
The OCCC has five pedestrian bridges available to help attendees avoid on-the-ground vehicle traffic. Visitors may access the OCCC through five pedestrian bridges which are connected to four surrounding hotels: The Hilton, the Hyatt Regency, the Rosen Plaza and the Rosen Centre.
