What happens when STEM becomes more than a class and grows into a schoolwide mindset? This workshop shares how one elementary school, supported by a district vision for innovative learning, built a culture of innovation that reaches nearly 900 Pre-K through fifth-grade students through a STEM lab program, purposeful technology integration and a shared commitment to the Engineering Design Process. From both building-level and district perspectives, explore practical strategies for managing large-scale STEM experiences, integrating robotics, drones, 3D printing and artificial intelligence with purpose, and empowering teachers to embed design thinking across all content areas. Through real examples and implementation-ready structures, see how a common problem-solving framework turned isolated activities into authentic learning that builds creativity, collaboration, communication and critical thinking. Whether you are launching a STEM initiative or expanding an existing one, you will leave with actionable tools, adaptable resources and scalable strategies for creating future-ready learners and a sustainable culture of innovation in your own school or district. All workshops are BYOD and require All Access or Session + Registration to attend.
