District Leaders
Schools are being asked to invest in AI, but how do we know it's actually working? This workshop moves beyond hype and surface-level metrics to focus on measurable impact on both operations and instruction. You will explore six practical metrics across two domains. On the Return on Investment side, you will examine efficiency, effectiveness and cost savings. On the Return on Instruction side, you will focus on personalization, accessibility and learning analytics. You will learn concrete ways to collect evidence from existing data sources such as staff surveys, student growth data and workflow timing, set simple baselines, track progress without adding significant burden, align metrics to district goals and communicate impact to stakeholders. Start by selecting one or two metrics and defining success criteria. You will leave with a clear framework for evaluating AI initiatives that shifts the conversation from what AI can do to what it is actually doing for students and staff. All workshops are BYOD and require All Access or Session + Registration to attend.
