District Leaders
AI isn't just a technological shift; it's an adaptive challenge that requires new ways of thinking about teaching, learning and leadership. This interactive workshop helps district leaders move beyond treating AI as an initiative and toward leading meaningful, system-wide change. Grounded in adaptive leadership principles and the SETI framework, you will examine how AI disrupts existing assumptions about learning and assessment and what that means for district vision, culture and practice. Through guided reflection, collaborative discussion and applied planning, you will distinguish technical challenges from adaptive ones and identify where your district's current approach may be misaligned. You will apply the SETI framework to analyze gaps in systems, expectations and instructional alignment, and practice protocols for facilitating mindset shifts with staff, site leaders and the community. You will leave with a short-term action plan that includes one concrete next step in culture, instruction or systems for leading AI integration in thoughtful, human-centered and sustainable ways. All workshops are BYOD and require All Access or Session + Registration to attend.
