In this interactive, hands-on workshop, you will discover how purposeful technology integration can strengthen language development, increase engagement, and ensure equitable access to rigorous instruction. We will explore research-informed strategies and digital tools that support language acquisition, amplify student voice, and provide meaningful scaffolds across content areas. Special attention goes to supporting newcomers and students at varying levels of English proficiency, with a focus on multimodal learning and accessible instructional design so all students can learn together. You will work with a curated collection of classroom-ready technologies, evaluate implementation strategies, and collaborate to identify the tools that best match your students' needs. You will leave with a toolkit of immediately applicable resources and ready-to-use practices for creating linguistically responsive, technology-rich classrooms where multilingual learners thrive. All workshops are BYOD and require All Access or Session + Registration to attend.
