District Leaders
AI is already in your classrooms. The question is whether your district has the framework to make it purposeful, safe and equitable. This workshop takes you inside AAPS's multi-year AI journey, grounded in four years of stakeholder collaboration, piloting and iteration. Explore the five-part AI-Ready framework: an AI Dashboard connecting communication, policy, competencies, usage and audit cycles; guardrails spanning governance, technical systems and policy grounded in FERPA, CIPA, COPPA and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework; a professional learning progression for staff; instructional moves, including an AI Decision Filter and reflection routines, that connect the LEARN Framework to daily practice; and a Portrait of an AI-Ready Graduate from Young 5s through graduation. Whether you are just beginning or deepening existing work, leave with a replicable toolkit you can put to work immediately, built on one conviction: AI is forcing us to be very clear about what we value. All workshops are BYOD and require All Access or Session + Registration to attend.
