Artificial intelligence is reshaping teaching, learning and leadership, yet many educators still lack clear, practical pathways for responsible implementation. This hands-on workshop equips teachers, coaches and school leaders with an actionable, research-aligned framework for integrating AI into instructional design, differentiation, assessment and schoolwide systems. You will work through real classroom and leadership scenarios, build AI-supported lesson components, and practice workflows for lesson planning, feedback cycles, data interpretation and communication that save time while strengthening rigor, creativity and student ownership. Along the way, you will learn to evaluate AI tools, craft effective and bias-aware prompts, apply ethical guardrails, and model responsible AI use for students and staff without replacing professional judgment. Whether you are an AI beginner or an early adopter, you will leave with ready-to-use templates, coaching protocols and leadership tools that support classroom integration, PLCs and schoolwide professional development, along with the clarity and confidence to introduce AI in ways that are ethical, sustainable and aligned to your district's instructional vision. All workshops are BYOD and require All Access or Session + Registration to attend.
