AI LEADERS SUMMIT

The AI Leaders Summit is an immersive, participant-driven leadership design lab built around the real challenges and strategic priorities leaders bring into the room. Rather than focusing on theory alone, this hands-on experience helps participants strengthen their AI literacy, explore the leadership implications of agentic AI, and design a custom AI leadership agent aligned to an authentic organizational need. Through collaborative problem-solving and guided creation, leaders will discover how artificial intelligence can support strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness while learning a practical, repeatable process they can bring back to their teams. Participants will leave with a functional AI agent, a clear framework for developing additional agents to support future initiatives, and access to a shared collection of leadership-focused tools and a learning community that extends collaboration and innovation beyond the summit.
