This workshop walks through one superintendent's full leadership arc: facilitating community-driven strategic planning, co-creating a Portrait of a Graduate that reflects shared values and building the instructional infrastructure to make those commitments operational in every school. Explore how AI agents are deployed not to replace educator judgment but to remove implementation friction by aligning curriculum to graduate-profile competencies, generating evidence of durable-skills growth, reducing teacher workload and giving leaders real-time visibility into progress on strategic goals. You will leave with a replicable, step-by-step framework, specific leadership moves that drive systemwide change and a practical starting point: audit strategic goals against your Portrait language, identify alignment gaps and pilot agentic tools in select schools before scaling, all without losing community trust or educator ownership.
