Small-group instruction can transform learning, but many teachers struggle with management, organization, transitions and keeping students engaged while they work independently. This workshop explores practical systems that make small groups manageable, structured and effective without creating classroom chaos. Learn how to use learning studios, checklists, transitions, independent work systems, accountability routines and differentiated pathways to create a classroom where students work more independently while you provide targeted instruction and support. Explore implementation strategies that create more opportunities for meaningful teacher interaction while helping students build independence, responsibility and collaboration skills. With real classroom examples and ready-to-use ideas for blended, hybrid and traditional learning environments, you will leave ready to run small groups that increase engagement and support differentiated instruction and student ownership. All workshops are BYOD and require All Access or Session + Registration to attend.
