AI implementation is moving faster than most school systems can absorb. How do you keep momentum without losing trust? In this interactive two-hour workshop lab, district instructional leaders, a principal and teacher leaders share the trust-first model they built to move AI from uncertainty to usable practice. Explore the change-management moves behind it: empowering teacher leaders as the training engine, including classified staff in organization-wide learning, using Stoplight-style expectations to clarify classroom AI use, shifting academic integrity from AI detection to process evidence and human judgment, and using surveys and pulse checks to know when to speed up, slow down or clarify. Throughout the workshop, you will test and adapt AI prompts in your own context to identify teacher leaders, define roles, surface staff concerns and plan site support. You will leave with adaptable structures for building capacity, reducing anxiety, communicating expectations to staff, students and families, and sustaining momentum. All workshops are BYOD and require All Access or Session + Registration to attend.
