This workshop shows how to use everyday tools and AI to design educational materials that are accessible to all learners. Explore practical workflows that pair common platforms with AI assistive tools to rapidly generate inclusive digital content, and discover the vital role digital accessibility plays in student equity. You will practice building clear heading structures, generating accurate alt text, and creating accessible PDFs, newsletters and other digital communications. Rooted in Universal Design for Learning principles, these human-centered strategies reduce systemic learning barriers for diverse students. You will leave with step-by-step templates, prompt frameworks and an optimized content workflow that you can put to work the very next day to transform your classroom and ensure equitable access for every student. All workshops are BYOD and require All Access or Session + Registration to attend.
