Beyond the Robot: Designing Scalable STEAM Experiences with Sphero

Robotics can be powerful, but the real impact happens when learning extends beyond the robot into authentic problem solving, teamwork and community connection. This poster session shows how one district partnered with Sphero and the Sphero robotics missions to build a scalable STEAM ecosystem with meaningful, real-world learning experiences. Learn how the district supports K-2 indi teams, grade 3-5 BOLT teams, and both BOLT and RVR teams in grades 6-8. Discover how an in-district competition brings the entire community together, with high school students helping run the event and supporting younger teams in authentic leadership roles.
