Mrs. Zeny Ulloa

Zeny Ulloa is dedicated to meeting students where they are—sparking engagement by integrating technology with meaningful instruction. As a Curriculum Support Specialist for the M-DCPS Instructional Technology Department, she brings over 20 years of experience with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. In 2023, she was honored as the ACE of Florida Instructional Support Person of the Year. A proud Education Specialist from Nova Southeastern University, Zeny has presented at national conferences including FETC (2022–2025). Her passion for innovation has earned her numerous Education Fund grants—Innovator, Disseminator, and Adapter—and her insights have been featured in SmartBrief and District Administration magazines.
