Teena Hine

Teena is the Director of Learning Design at Out Teach and oversees the innovation and creation of new professional learning experiences for elementary educators. She has worked in education for over 20 years, and held the roles of Elementary Educator, Math and Reading Interventionist, Instructional Technology Coach, and WV State Technology Coordinator. Teena was recognized by Digital Promise as 1 of 25 educators in North America as an HP Teaching Fellow for her work in EdTech, through the powerful learning principles in moving students from consumption to creation. In her current role, Teena develops NGSS aligned resources and professional learning, with a focus on advancing STEM professional learning and education in elementary schools across the country.
