Mr. Scott Bailey

Scott Bailey is a recently retired school district superintendent from Southern California. During his 32-year career in public education, he earned multiple accolades for innovative leadership, including senatorial, gubernatorial, and congressional awards. Throughout his distinguished career, Scott received numerous senatorial, gubernatorial, and congressional recognitions, and was appointed to the Baldrige Board of Examiners by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce. Scott is passionate about continuous improvement and innovation, enjoys engaging in global professional learning networks and speaking engagements, serves on numerous local and national boards, and hosts a variety of student scholarships. test
