Sarah DeCotis is an accomplished district leader with over 15 years of experience improving instruction in Broward County Public Schools, the sixth largest district in the nation. Sarah spearheaded systematic change focused on adopting evidence-based literacy practices, which resulted in improved student outcomes across the entire district. Sarah has served as primary classroom teacher, literacy coach, and district administrator, and is currently the National Literacy Director for Age of Learning.
