Rob continues to have an extensive and varied career in education. He was a superintendent for 30 years. He has also served as a teacher, professor and principal throughout the K-20 spectrum. Rob graduated from UC Berkeley, possess two masters, and received his doctorate from the University of Southern California.
Rob has a history of supervising districts that significantly increased the academic achievement of all students during his tenure as superintendent. These include districts that are multi-cultural, experiencing high poverty, rural and urban, and have a student body with a high percentage of English Leaners. Rob is currently assisting schools in the south Pacific and Asia in implementing effective student-centered instructional strategies and developing responsive organizational structures. He has accredited over 120 schools in California, Hawaii, Nevada, and the south Pacific.
