Dr. Noor Shammas

Noor is an Instructional Technology Coordinator and educational leader who empowers educators to transform teaching and learning through innovative, future-ready practices. With expertise in curriculum alignment, AI integration, and digital tool evaluation, she leads district-wide initiatives that bridge instructional goals with impactful technology use. Noor has spearheaded major projects including a multi-year rollout of interactive flat panels, a district AI steering committee, and professional learning focused on educator resilience and digital transformation. She fosters collaboration between curriculum, IT, and school leaders to ensure technology decisions are instructionally sound and equity-driven. Currently completing a principal preparation program, Noor is committed to designing professional learning that is reflective, relevant, and rooted in strong instructional practice. She also consults with schools and businesses through her venture, Ayla Consulting, to support leadership development, ethical AI use, and sustainable innovation.
