Nikita Bair is the Esports Program Manager at Syracuse University, preparing learners for post-graduation through developing esports curriculum, forming partnerships with endemic esports organizations, and providing internship and professional opportunities for students. Prior to joining Syracuse, Bair was a full-time faculty and coordinator of esports at Shenandoah University from 2021-2023. Before moving on to Shenandoah University, Bair founded the varsity esports program at Northeastern University in Spring of 2020.
