Nicole Staubli

With a passion for empowering educators and students alike, Nicole Staubli has dedicated her career at Meta to fostering safe and innovative learning environments. As the lead for the Education Partnerships team at Meta for Education, Nicole leverages her expertise to develop and maintain impactful relationships that drive educational growth. Nicole began her career at Meta (formerly Facebook) more than 18 years ago focusing on child safety, where she developed partnerships and resources to ensure the platform's safety for all users. She then transitioned to policy programs, creating initiatives for parents, students, and educators on responsible platform use. As the lead for the inspirED education program, Nicole traveled the country, working with underserved student communities to build empathy and leadership skills. Her dedication to equity in education has been a driving force throughout her career. In her current role, Nicole leads the Education Partnerships team which aims to supports work across the education ecosystem to ensure that educators are given the best tools and content that help drive student outcomes in the classroom.
